Do more from the free app — search your line, edit a guest, undo a tap, and lay out your room

  • Build a seating chart in the free app — lay out your room on a grid, mark seats by type, and name them. It saves on your device and comes with you when you create an account, ready to sell assigned seats.
  • Show “Now serving” on a second screen — on a computer with an external monitor or TV, open a full-screen board your guests can watch while you run the line on your own screen.

  • A board view for Reception — see all your lines side by side, each as its own column, and drag a guest from one line to another. Every move asks you to confirm and can be undone with one tap. Switch between the board and the classic list whenever you like.
  • Move a guest to another line — send someone from one line to another without removing and re-adding them — they keep their place, their history and their live tracking link.
  • Book an appointment from the front desk — Reception check-in now offers “First available” or a specific date and time, so the same screen handles a walk-in and a booking. Choose which line it goes on.
  • The whole guest, in one view — the Manage view now shows whether someone is a new or returning customer, when they checked in, a tap-to-call number and tap-to-email address, and a link to their full customer profile.
  • Pick the line when you add someone — if you run more than one line, the Add (+) button now lets you choose which line a walk-in or a booking joins.

  • Color-code your lines — each line on the board carries its own color. Lines named for urgency start color-matched — walk-in blue, and red, amber or green by severity — and you can repaint any line yourself.
  • Notes and answers ride along on the board — a guest's note and their custom-field answers show right on the card and the row, so the front desk sees what matters without opening anyone.
  • Your custom questions at the front desk too — the intake fields you set for each line (a pet's name, a plate number, a company) are now asked at Reception check-in, not only at self check-in.
  • A heads-up before you run low — on Pro, a bar appears once you pass 70% of your monthly customer allowance, with the option to add a customer pack before you reach it.
  • A cleaner, steadier console — the kiosk card is split into clear share and settings sections, section headers match throughout, and the mode you're in is named right in the header.

  • Manage bookings on Starter — add, edit and keep track of reservations on the free plan, not just Pro. Bookable providers, paid services and a self-serve /book page stay on Pro.

Built for triage: vet clinics and urgent care rate severity as patients arrive and adjust it as they're assessed.
  • Capture urgency at the front desk — Reception's check-in form now includes the rating, so staff can record how urgent a walk-in is at intake, not just when guests rate themselves at self check-in.

A working clinic queue right on the page, and a steadier way in

It is the same app in each case, not a cut-down widget — the full offline shell, installable to the home screen.
  • A walk-in clinic queue — triage ordering rather than arrival order, a lobby screen that shows tokens instead of names, and waits estimated from the real visit lengths ahead of a patient rather than an average.
  • Patient names stay on the device — the clinic queue runs entirely in your browser. Nothing about a patient is uploaded, synced or stored on our side, by design.
  • Each guide hands you straight to it — the industry guides now open the app set up for that trade in one tap, instead of leaving you to find the right settings yourself.

  • Joining a public waitlist works again — joining from a public link could fail on venues that ask their own custom questions. Fixed.
  • Every storefront loads in French — a translation fault took French storefronts offline. Fixed, with a guard that now catches this whole class of problem before it can ship.
  • No more being turned away on your first try — sign-in, sign-up and magic-link requests each have their own allowance now. Previously a busy moment elsewhere on the site could turn a first-time visitor away.
  • Orders keep an accurate trail — an order will not advance if the record of it cannot be written, and ordinary transitions are now recorded on the audit trail.

Event check-in, your way — ask for your QR codes, lock it to your crew list, and go live in a sentence

  • Ask the assistant for your QR codes — and go live by asking (Enterprise) — in Event check-in, say “give me the QR codes for my event” and the assistant lists every place with its check-in link and a printable QR poster to hang at the door; say “we run Sep 5–7, make it live” and it sets your event dates and opens it — a single Confirm tap, no forms.
  • Send your customer a setup summary (Enterprise) — one branded email that lays out their whole check-in: every location with its guest check-in link, a link to print all the QR posters at once, and exactly how a check-in works. It’s built from the live setup so it can never go stale, and it arrives in the customer’s language. Send it from the event page, or preview it first — nothing goes out until you send it.
  • Lock check-in to your roster, with an allowance per person (Enterprise) — switch a station from open walk-up to registered-only in one move: load your ID list, give each person an allowance (say, two meals a day), and only people on the list with allowance left get in. It runs the safe steps in order, so it can never accidentally turn everyone away — and you can reopen it any time.
  • A check-in API, and more you can do by talking to it (Enterprise) — a full API to set up events, take check-ins and pull your report, plus the same moves in the assistant and Claude — automate your door, or just ask for it.

  • A shorter walk-up check-in — a station that collects details now opens straight to one form — a guest’s name is asked once, not twice — and it only asks for a phone or email when your setup actually needs one.
  • Count everything, or cap per person — your call — a walk-up station can simply count every completed check-in (the only rule being the fields you require are filled in), or hold a per-person limit — without changing anything else about the form.

Bring a dispatcher aboard by name — QR invitations, agreements that quote your own fees, and a live picture of what you earn

  • Invite someone into your network by name — create an invitation for a specific person, show them a QR code to scan or send them a link, and their account arrives already connected to you. The relationship comes from the invitation itself, so it can never be mistyped.
  • A guided dispatcher setup — a new operator is walked from agreements, to their own pricing, to Stripe, to their first driver, and told plainly at each point what is still standing between them and taking a real booking.
  • Agreements that quote your actual numbers — the terms your riders and drivers see are rendered from the fees you set, and the copy anyone signs is frozen at signature: changing a price later never rewrites a deal somebody already agreed to.
  • What you could earn — a live breakdown on your revenue console showing what your fees, your fleet and your network add up to per month, with every rate shown beside the figure it produced.
  • Add your drivers from a spreadsheet — paste or upload a list, see exactly what will happen before it happens, and commit. Bad rows come back explained instead of failing the whole import.
  • Your pricing, on one screen — ride rates, surge, driver share and any reseller markup together in one place instead of three.

  • Reseller earnings are charged consistently — a reseller's markup is now funded the same way whichever payout mode a business runs, and drivers are explicitly insulated from it: nobody earns less because the business above them works with a reseller.
  • Every setup screen answers the same way — the console, the assistant and our JSON endpoints now share one set of rules per action, so a change made by talking to QT and a change made by clicking are the same change.

  • One-script embed, locked to your domain — paste a single <script> snippet and a clean, spam-protected signup form appears, styled to fit. It only works on the domain you registered, and you choose which fields to collect (name, email, phone, company, message).
  • Manage it with Claude — each domain has a Connect Claude button that hands you a scoped token: give it to Claude (or any MCP client) to read your signups, edit the form, and grab your embed code — for that domain only.
  • Collect a signed document (Pro) — on Pro, attach one of your documents so every signup is sent to review & sign it (an investor agreement, an NDA…) right after joining.

Tours & charters, order-to-your-seat QR codes, and one account for your guests

  • Tour cards on your storefront — your tours appear as one card each with a pick-a-date list, live seats-left counts, and your guides shown by name (“with Captain Dave”) — instead of a separate listing per date. Private charters show as book-the-whole-thing.
  • Order QR codes (Fulfillment) — print a code and stick it on a table, seat or counter: guests scan it, see your menu on their phone, pay, and the order lands on your board with exactly where to bring it. One code can cover your whole location, a single station’s menu (the bar sells drinks, the galley sells food), or individual seats from your seating chart — with a printable sticker sheet for the lot.
  • A focused page for seated guests — someone who scans a seat code sees “Ordering to seat 12A” and your menu — not the full storefront. The sales sections stay out of the way while they’re being served, and one tap brings the full page back.
  • One account for your guests — guests now have a single sign-in across every business on the platform. At /account they manage their details and see each place they’ve visited — their spots, orders, bookings and tickets — with one tap back into your storefront. A quiet “My account” link appears in your storefront header once a guest signs in; what they see about your business stays yours alone.

Your guest page, your look — four styles and shorter links

  • Tracking-page styles (Pro) — the page your guests open from their text comes in four looks: Modern (photo hero with a floating status card), Minimal (type-first and monochrome), Steampunk (a brass-and-iron ticket hall with brass, silver or gold accents), and Classic. Pick yours under Display → Tracking page style, with one-tap previews.
  • Short guest links — texts carry a compact link like waitlistapp.org/g/x7k2m9, leaving far more room for your own words in every message. The same 6-character code appears on the guest’s page as a typable check-in code, and it’s what their QR encodes — staff can scan it or key it in.
  • Live-updating badge — guests see a clear “updates automatically” pulse on their page, so nobody wonders whether to refresh.
  • International guests, handled — the kiosk has a country picker (defaults to US & Canada), stores every number properly formatted with its country code, and when a guest’s country can’t receive our automatic texts, the kiosk asks for their email and their updates arrive there instead. On your board, those guests show a note and one tap opens your phone’s SMS or WhatsApp with the message pre-written.

  • Event check-in mode — run a whole event from one place. Set up your locations (a room, a venue, a pop-up, even a virtual room) and give each one stations — the spots where you check people in, take orders, hand things out, or scan tickets. Switch to it from the mode menu.
  • Registrants with typable check-in codes — everyone signed up for your event gets a short check-in code they can just read out, plus a personal QR. Bring your whole list in with a CSV import (download the template to match the columns), or add and edit people one at a time — each with their own printable card. Rename “Registrants” to whatever fits your event (attendees, guests, players…).
  • Access passes — decide which stations each person can use and how many times — a one-time entry, unlimited access, or a set number of uses (say, two drink tickets). Stations you mark as pass-required only let someone in when they hold a valid pass; the rest stay open to any registrant.
  • Import from Eventbrite (or a CSV) — pull your Eventbrite attendees (or any ticket CSV) straight in as registrants, complete with their access passes, so your door list is ready without retyping anyone.
  • Guest self-service ordering — share a link and your guests order for themselves off a station’s menu — no payment, it’s all comped — then watch their order’s status live on their phone.
  • A fulfilment board for the team — orders land on a simple board you work through New → Preparing → Ready → Done, so nothing gets missed and every guest sees exactly where their order stands.
  • Send-kit emails — email each registrant their check-in code and QR in one click, with wording you set for your event.
  • Printable billing report — get a clean, printable rollup of everything from the event for your records or to settle up.

Buyers pay through your own connected Stripe account and land straight on your check-in roster — each member gets a personal check-in QR, and the door blocks anyone whose membership has lapsed. Create your tiers under Memberships → Membership plans.
  • Order-ahead fulfilment — now its own workspace — run your order board as a dedicated Fulfilment mode: take paid order-ahead from your Storefront, work each order through received → in progress → ready, and put a customer pickup display on a screen so guests can watch for their order. Switch to it from the mode menu.
  • Documents & e-sign (Pro) — create your own consent, release or waiver forms and collect a typed signature from guests, on your Storefront or with a link you send — then review who signed, any time. Set them up under Documents (up to 3 per account for now).

  • An app-like door scanner — both the Check-in and Ticketing scanners are now full-screen, camera-first apps with a live list of who just checked in, a persistent bottom bar, and one-tap access to your members, attendees and stats — without leaving the scanner.   • A simpler way to get in line — you just choose what a guest gives to join (their email, their phone, or just a name) and we send them their place-in-line link — no confirmation step to slow them down.
  • Clearer notifications — one “Message wording” place now controls exactly what sends; notifying a guest is a single confirm on the channel they gave you; and we no longer double-text someone who was already notified when they were added.
  • Locations that belong to your business — your locations are now shared across your whole team, so everyone works from the same set of places.

Your Storefront — one link for your line, tickets, menu, and orders

  • Storefront (Pro) — every business now gets a single, branded guest page at a shareable link. It brings together everything your customers need in one place: get in line, buy tickets, see your menu, and order ahead. Turn each section on or off, set your own headline and intro, and share the link or its QR code. Set it up under Settings → Storefront, and open the live page from Guest screens → Storefront.
  • Ticketing — included free with Pro — sell tickets to your events with beautiful QR tickets guests can print or keep on their phone. Scan them at the door to check people in, and ticket holders drop straight onto your roster. You get paid directly; we add a small 7% service fee per sale — no separate plan to buy.
  • Order ahead — let guests browse your menu and place an order right from your Storefront, with live order tracking. Turn it on under Settings → Storefront.

See your reservations on a calendar

Rename or delete a line under Settings → Queue.

Upload a PDF or link your own page, and customers get a “View menu” button right on their tracking page. Run your queue as a team — and share a live view with customers

  • Shared team access (Pro) — invite a host or front-desk helper to run your live queue from their own phone with a private link. They can add people, send notifications, seat, remove, bulk add, print, and manage reservations — but never see your billing, settings, or account. Create and retire links any time under Settings → Team access.
  • View-only share links (Pro) — send customers, or a back-of-house screen, a read-only link to watch the live queue and their status. Status labels adapt to your business type, and each link can be revoked individually.
  • More links when you need them — every paid plan includes 5 active share/editor links; add a 10-link pack for $19.99/month, as many as you need, and cancel any time.

  • Join form builder — configure the public form's fields, labels, help text, and per-field required-ness. One custom field slot. Party size gets a configurable default.
  • Email verification — Pro feature. Require customers to confirm their email before they're added to the queue. Uses the managed email pipeline that ships with Pro. Stops bots, drive-by submissions, and stream trolls.
  • Discord webhook — automatically post to a Discord channel when "Now Serving" advances. Built for community queues, gaming tournaments, and stream chat.
  • Audio chime — soft or loud two-tone bell when "Now Serving" advances. For venues with display audio.
  • Bulk add — paste a list or CSV to add many customers at once. Auto-detects tab vs comma + header row.
  • Pre-issued QR chit batches — print stacks of DMV-style numbered chits with QR codes. Walk-up customers scan to claim their position.
  • Embeddable display widget — drop a small JS snippet on your own website to show a live mini-board. CORS-gated by allowed domains.
  • Staff display URL — separate URL that bypasses privacy modes and shows real names + contact info for back-of-house monitors.
