Waitlist App is a progressive web application for managing customer waitlists and reservations. The free tier operates entirely on your device. Premium features require a paid subscription.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all data entered into the app and for complying with applicable laws regarding customer data, including privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed at $19.99/month. You may cancel at any time. Messaging packs (SMS/email credits) are non-refundable once purchased.
Limitation of Liability
Waitlist App is not liable for data loss, missed notifications, or business disruptions. The app stores data locally and we recommend regular data exports as backups.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
