What does "per location" mean?
Each physical spot you run a line at is one location. Pro is $199 for one location. Enterprise adds a $749 base for the multi-location tools — and you still pay $199 for every location you run. Each location gets its own monthly customer allowance.
Is Starter really free?
Yes — no card, up to 250 new customers a week. Move to Pro only when you need more.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap a link or scan a QR and watch their spot in any browser.
Can my whole team use it?
Your account stays in sync across all your own devices on any plan. To give staff their own access, Pro includes 5 shared editor and view-only links, and you can add more in packs of 10.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Pro is month-to-month; annual saves 38%.
