Data Storage
Waitlist App stores all data locally on your device using browser localStorage. No personal data is transmitted to our servers in the free tier. We do not collect, store, or process any customer information you enter into the app.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns (page views, device types). This data is anonymized and does not include any waitlist or customer information.
Advertising
The free version displays ads through Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can manage ad preferences through Google's Ad Settings.
Premium Features
If you subscribe to the premium plan, we store minimal account information (email, subscription status) and encrypted waitlist data for cloud sync functionality. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Notifications
Free tier notifications use your device's native messaging apps. Premium notifications are sent through Twilio (SMS) and Mailgun (email). Phone numbers and email addresses used for notifications are processed only for delivery and not retained beyond the notification event.
