v4.60
Venue-limited team members stay in their venues
- Each product on your Products page has a "Write with AI" button (Pro plan). It drafts a short description and suggested tags from the product's name, type and category.
- The draft waits for you in a "Review before it goes live" box. Edit the words, choose the tags you want, then Accept, or Dismiss it. Nothing shows on your menu until you accept.
- Allergen and free-from tags, like gluten free or contains nuts, are never ticked for you. Each one asks you to check it first.
- A Tables page for restaurants on Pro: every table shown as open, seated or needs cleaning, with how long it has been that way and its section.
- Valet mode. On Pro, check cars in at your stands from the valet board and hand each guest their claim link. From the link they see where their car is and ask for it, and your attendant moves it from requested to on the way to ready, with a time estimate.
- Phone alerts for guests. Guests can now get a free alert on their phone: the tracking page offers Notify me on this phone, and when you call a guest they are paged by push first. If the phone does not confirm within about 45 seconds, your usual text or email goes out as before.
- Almost your turn. Almost-your-turn heads-up by push when a guest is two parties from the front.
- Your counter kiosk can now hand out valet tickets: one tap on Get my ticket prints a ticket with a QR code, the time and the code, and Text it to me sends it to the guest's phone or email.
- Scan a guest's ticket with the dashboard scanner to open that car on the board.
- Visitation · Codes and notices on WhatsApp. A facility whose setup sends messages on WhatsApp (the Malaysia profile does) sends its visitors' sign-in codes on WhatsApp, and the sign-in says so. Visit notices go there too: request received, more information needed, ID needed again, approved, not approved, visit booked and visit cancelled. Each one has a button that opens the visitor page.
- Visitation · SMS only where you allow it. If a WhatsApp message cannot be sent, the visitor is offered a text message only when your setup allows SMS. A visitor who signs in on WhatsApp agrees to get their notices there.
- Valet kiosk settings: choose the stand each kiosk prints tickets for, offer "Text it to me" on the printed ticket, or set a kiosk to Exit, where guests scan their ticket's valet QR to ask for their car.
- When your restaurant has its table chart connected on Pro, tapping Seat on a waiting party now suggests the open tables that fit, smallest first, and records the party on the one you pick. Seating without a table still works, and the Tables page shows the table as seated.
- Valet mode is now available for Pro accounts.
- Managers can let in guests even when at capacity.
- AI can write catalog descriptions from photos and makes adding items easier.
- Visitation · The visitor page is your storefront. Visitors see your storefront header with your name and logo, the account menu with its language switcher (Bahasa Melayu included), and your storefront's look on every visitor page.
- Visitation · Sign in with a country picker. Visitors sign in with their mobile number through the storefront account, and choose their country code from a list that only offers the countries your account can text.
- Pro · Visitation · Consular officers and clergy can apply. The request form offers them once the facility has published the rules that handle them; until then it offers the choices the published rules already cover.
- The valet board is now a page in your dashboard (Valet, then Cars), with the same menu as the rest of your account. The old valet board address takes you there.
- Checking in a car now uses the same phone entry as your kiosk: a country picker that starts on the United States, the mobile number and an optional email. Guests are sent their ticket link automatically: a text to a US or Canadian number, WhatsApp to any other number.
- The ticket link opens your own storefront, where the guest sees their ticket, its QR code, when it was checked in, the stand and where the car is, and can ask for their car after confirming.
- Pro · Visitation · Booking window per visit type. The days a visitor can pick from now follow each visit type's booking lead time in the facility's setup, so a facility that takes bookings only a few days ahead shows visitors just those days. Visit types that set nothing keep 21 days.
- Tattoo, haunt, paint, karaoke and valet customer pages now have the same header as the rest of your storefront: your business info, Share, light and dark, the language picker and the account menu.
- A valet guest's ticket is now a "Your stuff" card on your storefront page, with its code, QR, status, stand and Request my car.
- Valet storefront pages no longer show a Get in line form. Guests get a ticket from an attendant or the kiosk, and the page tells them so.
- Setup · See it on your phone. The last setup screen sends a link to your storefront so you can see what your customers see. Pick your country and type your number: US and Canadian numbers get a text, every other country gets it on WhatsApp. You can still scan the code instead.
- Setup · Set a passkey as its own step. Setting a passkey (sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your device lock) is now its own short step after that screen, and you can skip it.
- Setup · "What else do you want it to do?" is a clean list. The step after your waitlist is set now looks like the rest of setup: each option is a row with an icon, a title and one line on what it does. Tick as many as you like, answer the quick question under any you pick, and press Continue.
- Singers on your karaoke page and kiosk no longer pick Text, WhatsApp or Email. They enter a mobile number (with a country picker) and, if they like, an email. US and Canadian numbers get a text; other countries get WhatsApp.
- The "Singers can choose to be told by" setting is gone from your Karaoke settings.
- The join form asks for a mobile number with a country picker and an optional email. Customers no longer pick Text, WhatsApp or Email: US and Canadian numbers get a text, and other countries get WhatsApp.
- The valet kiosk shows one big Print ticket button. Guests press it and the ticket prints right away, with nothing to type or pick, and the screen goes back to the button after a few seconds.
- Each printed valet ticket has two QR codes. "Scan to follow your car" opens your storefront on the guest's phone, where they can see their car and ask for it. "Valet: scan to redeem" is for your attendants: scan it with the scanner on the valet board to open the ticket.
- The ticket link you text or email to a guest now opens their ticket with its own private link instead of the claim code.
- A team member limited to one or more venues now sees only those venues' events.
- Events a venue-limited team member creates, including events made by a guest-list import, are placed at their own venue.
- Ticket types, which are shared by every venue on the account, are now managed only by the owner and by team members who are not limited to venues.
- Your spot and visits are only shown to you: a customer signed in with only a phone number now sees just their own places in line, orders and visits, never another customer's.
- Events · Pass emails stay within a venue. Team members limited to one venue can no longer send the passes for a guest-list import that also covers another venue's event.
- Going to /logout or /signout now takes you to a Sign out button instead of a "Page not found" page.
- Signing out clears the app from your browser, so a page stuck on an old copy of the app recovers.
- Kiosk · Guests can join with just an email. A guest who leaves the phone blank and gives an email is no longer asked to tick the text-message box. The box is still required when a phone number is given.
- Kiosk · "First available" stays off when you turn it off. Saving the kiosk settings on the dashboard card no longer switches the "First available" choice in the kiosk line picker back on.
- Sign in · A closed account no longer gets a sign-in email. If you closed your account, we no longer email you a sign-in link that would sign you straight back out. To come back, sign up again with the same email: you start a fresh account, and your old one stays archived.
- Opening a receipt link shows that receipt only. It no longer signs anyone in to the customer's account.
- Typing an email on a waiver now sends that customer their own link to sign. The waiver opens from that link, or when the customer is signed in.
- Visitation · Visitor sign-in works. The code a visitor receives now signs them in on your facility's page, and reloading the page while they wait keeps the "enter the code" step.
- Visitation · Refused scans in the audit log. A visitor turned away at the desk, or a code that names no visitor, now shows in your audit log.
- Visitation · The owner by name. The audit log and signatures show the account owner as a person, never as your business's name.
- Visitation · Phone field follows the country. The example number matches the country picked, and long country names are no longer cut off.
- Visitation · Lockdowns cancel the unit's booked visits. Locking a housing unit down cancels every booked visit to the people living there and texts their visitors, as it should.
- Visitation · The desk shows each visitor once. A visitor is listed once per person they visit, with one Admit form, their visit time and their party ("1 adult, 2 children").
- Visitation · Outside the visit time, the desk asks first. Admitting someone well before or after their booked visit, or with no visit today, now shows a warning and needs a tick to confirm. The window is a facility setting.
- Visitation · Names in the audit log. The audit log names the staff member who opened an ID, admitted or locked down, names the visitor, and lists scans the desk was refused.
- Visitation · Staff land on their own screens. Reviewers open on Approvals and front-desk staff on the Front desk, and a screen outside their role explains itself instead of showing an error page.
- Visitation · Clearer schedule, roll and ID panel. Cancelled visits are hidden unless you ask for them, Inside now names the children, and the ID panel names each automatic check, the ID type, the reason an ID was refused and who signed.
- Visitation · Visitor sign-in offers your country. The visitor page opens on your facility's country and offers only your facility's countries.
- Events · Attendee export in your local time. The attendee CSV now shows check-in times in your business's time zone with the zone abbreviation (for example "PDT"), and the file is named with your local date.
- Storefront · Account drawer greeting. The signed-in card on the club-style storefront now says hello in the page language instead of always in English.
- Tattoo, haunt, paint and valet storefronts now go dark all the way down when a guest switches to dark mode. Before, the header went dark and the sign-up area stayed light.
- Typing someone else's email or phone into "Get in line" or the kiosk no longer opens their spot. The page says "You're already in line" and the spot's link is sent to the customer it belongs to.
- The link to a customer's spot no longer fills your storefront page with their name, email and phone.
- Adding a member by hand no longer fails on a roster that collects "Valid from". The start date is saved and the member is blocked at check-in until that date.
- Dispatch riders now get an invite with their own sign-in link: by text in the US and Canada, by WhatsApp elsewhere. The Riders page has a "Send invite" button in place of the copyable link, and only says whether the invite went out.
- A rider's sign-in link works once, and sending a new invite ends the old one. Links from before this change no longer sign anyone in; send a new invite if a rider needs one.
- Visitation · Your places are in the sidebar. Approvals, Residents, Schedule, Front desk, Inside now, End of day and Audit log now show as the Visitation group in the sidebar on every visitation screen, without the walk-in items beside them and without a second row of tabs.
- Visitation · Plain words and local dates. ID checks and the audit log name each check and detail in words, and dates and times read in your console language and your facility's time zone.
- After uploading a roster file to preview an import, the Members page could show a server error until you confirmed or cancelled. The preview now shows as expected, and the "Imported" summary appears after you confirm.
- The sign-in link in a customer's email and in the ticket kiosk text now works once. Opening it shows a "Sign in" button, so a link preview can't use it up.
- Too many wrong sign-in codes for one email now locks that email's code for the rest of the hour.
- A spot's short text link now stops working a week after the spot ends, and shows "This link has ended" on your storefront instead.
- A ride's tracking link shows "This ride has ended" a week after the ride, with no addresses or messages. Older ride links stop showing the trip as soon as it ends.
- Short spot, ride and receipt links are now limited for anyone trying many codes.
- A team member limited to certain venues can no longer send or resend guest-list pass emails for another venue's events.
- Sign-up and guest tickets now display properly on smaller phones.
- Staff send invites to customers instead of sharing sign-in links.
- Sign-in links work only once, and codes lock after failed attempts.
