1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waitlist App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Waitlist App is a progressive web application for managing customer waitlists, reservations, and queue tracking. The free tier operates entirely on your device using local storage. The Pro tier ($19.99/month or $199.99/year) adds server-side features including customer tracking links, white-labeled tracking pages, and link preview customization.

3. Pro Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as WAITLISTAPP.

  • New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
  • After the trial, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) will be billed automatically until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Refund requests may be submitted via the support form on the billing page. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Processing

We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full card details on our servers. All payment information is collected, transmitted, and stored by Stripe, Inc. in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). For details, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all data entered into the Service and for complying with applicable laws regarding customer data, including privacy regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful content.

6. Customer Tracking Links

Pro subscribers can generate tracking links that allow their customers to view their position in a queue. These links are publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for sharing these links appropriately and in compliance with your local regulations.

7. Data & Privacy

Free tier data is stored locally on your device. Pro tier data (queue entries, business settings) is stored on our servers to enable tracking links. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Waitlist App is not liable for data loss, missed notifications, service interruptions, or business disruptions. We recommend regular data exports as backups.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
