Technology Setup Guide

Phase 1: Installation

Visit waitlistapp.org on your device's browser. Click "Add to Home Screen" or the install prompt. The app downloads and works offline immediately.

Phase 2: Configuration

Open Settings and select your business type (Restaurant, Salon, Medical, Podcasts, or General). Set your business name and customize notification message templates.

Phase 3: Daily Use

Use the + button to add customers to your waitlist. Tap on a customer to notify them or manage their entry. Switch between Waitlist and Reservations views using the bottom navigation.

Phase 4: Optimization

Review your waitlist stats to identify peak times. Use the tally counter to track total foot traffic. Export your data regularly for backup and analysis.
