Does it work offline?

Absolutely. Waitlist App is built as an offline-first PWA. Once loaded, it works without any internet connection. Your data is stored locally on your device.

How do notifications work?

Free tier uses your device's native messaging: SMS, WhatsApp, or email apps open directly with pre-filled messages. Premium tier sends notifications through our servers via Twilio (SMS) and Mailgun (email).

Can I use it on multiple devices?

The free version stores data on each device independently. The premium plan includes cloud sync to keep your waitlist in sync across all your devices.

What business types are supported?

Restaurant, Salon/Spa, Medical, Podcasts, and General. Each type customizes terminology, icons, and default notification messages for your specific industry.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays on your device. We don't have access to it, and it's never transmitted to our servers unless you opt into cloud sync with a premium plan.

How do I install the app?
